\nI know you\u2019ve always told me
\nto steer away from drugs but I got really really high the other day and had one
\nof those epiphanies that only really happens under the influence of somewhat very
\nillegal substances. Life suddenly made sense and as I soared through the air
\nand the world swirled around me and I floated about in a dream, I saw clearly
\nfor the first time in almost forever\u2026 <\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nNow mom, before you go and hop
\non a plane back to South Africa (which you will probably do regardless) and
\ncome sentence me to a nunnery, the indoors, and a diet of barley green and
\ncarrot juice or worse; I\u2019ll try explain\u2026<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nI\u2019ve been living in one town
\nfor almost 4 months, working the first set hours (08h30 to 17h30) job of my
\nlife with the fewest housemates (1.25 and a giant dirty teddy bear) I\u2019ve ever
\nhad in my life and well I\u2019m sure you can understand how, under these dire
\ncircumstances, escapism might be necessary?<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

\nI tried living real life on
\nthe wild side \u2013 brushing my teeth extra vigorously before milk; breaking into
\nthe neighbour\u2019s house [over the third storey balcony] to use their washing
\nmachine; doing my grocery shopping in my pjs\u2026 but it\u2019s not quite enough.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nAnd I\u2019m sure for what I am
\nabout to say, you need to remember that you are partly to blame as I inherited
\nyour genes\u2026<\/div>\n
\n\u2026 Mom, there\u2019s no easy way to
\nsay this but [make sure you are sitting down for this one] I\u2019m an adventure
\naddict! And proud of it.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nAs I ran and jumped off Signal
\nHill on Wednesday it suddenly hit me that adrenalin and adventure are the drugs
\nthat make it worthwhile getting up in the morning. <\/div>\n

\nhas vanished in a blink of mediocrity, but part two will be epic! I have decided
